Guide to Creating a Personal Assistant in Charlie Lounge

Creating a Personal Assistant (PA) within the Charlie Lounge system enhances your capacity to interact and automate tasks efficiently. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your own PA using the AI Dashboard.

Steps to Create a Personal Assistant:

1. Access the AI Dashboard:

   • Navigate to the AI Dashboard tab located in your user profile on Charlie Lounge.

2. Initiate Creation:

   • Select the Personal Assistant category on the left-hand side and click the "Create Bot" button.

3. Configure Your Bot:

   • A popup window will appear with various fields to configure your Personal Assistant:

     • Personal Assistant Picture: Click "Upload a picture" and select an image from your device. Acceptable formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, JPE, or HEIC, with a maximum size of 10MB and a recommended resolution of 500x500 px.

     • Bot Title: Enter a name for your PA, ensuring it does not exceed 100 characters and contains no special characters.

     • Default Model: Choose between GPT 3.5 Turbo or GPT 4 as your bot’s processing model.

     • Role: Select a predefined role (e.g., Customer Support, Salesperson) or input a custom prompt with a 500-character limit.

     • Short Description: Optionally, provide a brief description of your PA which will appear in the chat window.

     • Greeting Message: Craft a welcoming message for users interacting with your PA.

     • Language: Select the operational language for your PA from options such as English, Czech, or Spanish. Note that the language cannot be changed after creation.

     • Advanced URL Settings: If using a URL for data crawling, you can enable "Bypass JavaScript" for comprehensive crawling and check "Crawl subpages" to include all linked pages (up to 100 pages).

     • PDF Upload: You can upload up to 10 PDFs, ensuring each document aligns with your PA's language and contains no more than 700 words per page.

4. Save Your Bot:

   • After filling out all necessary fields, click "Save" to create your PA. If you decide not to proceed, the "Cancel" button will revert you to the previous screen.

Data Ingestion Status:

• Success: Indicates that the PDF or URL data has been successfully integrated.

• Processing: The data ingestion is still ongoing.

• Failed: An error occurred, with details accessible through the error log.

Updating an Existing Personal Assistant:

• Navigate to the Personal Assistant section in the AI Dashboard.

• Choose the PA you want to modify, click the three dots under the Action field, and select "Update bot."

• Make your changes and click "Save" to apply them or "Cancel" to disregard changes. Note that updates are limited to twice per month.

Subscription Tiers and Bot Creation Limits:

• Each subscription tier offers a different quota for creating Personal Assistants:

  • Starter: 1 PA

  • Explorer: 2 PAs

  • Creator: 3 PAs

  • Visionary: 5 PAs

To create additional Personal Assistants, consider upgrading your subscription tier. For users at the Visionary tier needing more PAs, additional packages are available for purchase.
