What Are the Fees for Each Tier?
Starter Tier: Enjoy access at no cost.
Explorer Tier: Monthly subscription fee of $99.
Creator Tier: Monthly subscription fee of $99, with an additional one-time fee of $199.
Visionary Tier: Monthly subscription fee of $99, along with a one-time fee of $499.
Why Is My Chat History Blank?
Your chat history is usually blank when you haven’t selected any bot from the dropdown menu in your Chatboard Dashboard.
Why Can I Only See Charlie Assistant in the Little Chatbox?
When you click on the small chatbox in the lower right corner, the chat with Charlie Assistant will open. By clicking the downward-pointing arrow next to Charlie Assistant, you can switch between different conversations (in case you've created more than one). Additionally, by clicking on the flag, you can switch between languages.
In the upper left corner of the small chatbox, you will see the Charlie Lounge logo. Clicking on it will open a dropdown menu where you can switch to the Art Bot, your own created Personal Assistants, and Specialized Bots.
By clicking on the arrows pointing in two directions, you will be directed to your Chatbot Dashboard, where you can view your conversations with your bots in a larger window.
How to Switch the Website Language?
Within Charlie Lounge, click on your profile image in the upper right corner.
After clicking the icon, a long list of options will appear. Look for “Language”. Click on the dropdown menu and choose the language of your preference.
Why is my Chat Window Transparent?
If for some reason your chat window does not display properly and is transparent or blank, clear your cache by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R. Then log out and log back in.
Ensure as well your Browser is updated.
If this is still not solving your issue, open Charlie Lounge in Incognito mode, by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N and try again.
If this still does not fix the issue, please contact support@charlielounge.com mentioning all the steps you have taken.
Why is Charlie Assistant/Charlie Help Not Generating Images?
To generate images, please utilize Charlie Art Bot.
When I Ask Charlie Assistant in a Language Other Than English, Spanish, or Czech, It Still Responds in One of Those Languages (English, Spanish, or Czech). Why Does This Happen?
We ensure optimal language quality in English, Spanish, and Czech. Our bot logic is designed to handle these languages.
The bot can respond in a language other than English, Spanish, and Czech if prompted to do so. However, please be aware that the quality of responses in languages other than English, Spanish, and Czech may be impacted.
I Switched My Bot to Another Language and Now I Don’t See My Chat History
Once you change the language setting for Charlie Assistant or your Specialized Bots, the chat history from the previous language will not be visible. Each chat history is tied to the respective language.
Please be aware that it is not possible to change the language of your Personal Assistant directly. If you would like to use a different language for your Personal Assistant, you will need to create a new one with the desired language setting.
My Personal Assistant Does Not Recognize the Language of the Uploaded PDF
It is important that the language of the uploaded PDF matches at least 60% the language you set for your Personal Assistant, otherwise the ingesting process will fail.
