Troubleshooting Common Issues

Q: I am asking my Specialized Bot in English but his reply is in Spanish. Why is that?

A: If your Specialized Bot replies in a different language than the one you asked him your questions, check in the upper right corner that you choose the correct language you would like your Specialized Bot to reply to you. The language is represented by the flag symbol.
